Dismissal of All Claims

Dan Rabbitt and Barbara Micheels won a Motion to Dismiss all claims in a lawsuit pending in Federal Court in St. Louis.  We represented a national law firm in a high profile legal malpractice suit wherein actual and punitive damages were sought.  In addition, the Court granted our Motion For Sanctions and awarded attorney's fees and expenses to the RPS client.
