| Defendant struck a bicycle, operated by the plaintiff, at the intersection of Christy and Eichelberger which sent the plaintiff into the front windshield of the defendant's vehicle. Plaintiff was making a left turn at the intersection on a solid green light. Defendant was passing two other vehicles on the right side of the road that were waiting to make a left hand turn. Defendant admitted it was her fault and that she did not see the plaintiff until he was into the windshield. Plaintiff suffered a broken back. His claimed medical specials were approximately $12,000.00. His alleged lost wages were $2,800.00. He also claimed property damage in the amount of $3,000.00. | |
